If you're connected to VPN Proxy Master but still can't watch Disney+, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons. Here’s how to fix it:
1. Switch to a Different VPN Server
Disney+ often detects and blocks VPN servers. Try switching to a different server in a country where Disney+ is available (like the US, UK, Canada, or Australia).
Tip: Choose a server that’s specifically optimized for streaming Disney+.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
Disney+ might still recognize your previous location based on cached data in your browser. Here’s how to clear your cache:
- Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
- Firefox: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.
- Edge: Go to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Clear Browsing Data.
If you are using the Disney+ app, log out and log back in to refresh your session.
3. Try Incognito/Private Browsing Mode
Accessing Disney+ in Incognito/Private Browsing Mode can help bypass cookies and cache issues, which might be causing the block. This gives you a fresh session without any stored location data.
4. Switch VPN Protocol
Sometimes, changing the VPN protocol can improve the connection for streaming services.
Go to VPN Proxy Master Settings > Protocol > Select WireGuard or IKEv2.
5. Disconnect and Reconnect to the VPN
Disconnect from the VPN and reconnect to a different server. Some servers may be temporarily blocked by Disney+, so a new server could fix the issue.
6. Disable WebRTC
WebRTC can leak your real IP address even when connected to a VPN. To disable WebRTC:
- In Chrome: Go to chrome://flags and disable WebRTC.
- In Firefox: Type about:config, search for media.peerconnection.enabled, and set it to false.
- In Edge: Go to edge://flags and disable WebRTC.
7. Restart Your Device
Once you’ve tried the above steps, restart your device to refresh all settings and ensure your VPN connection is active and stable.
8. Contact VPN Proxy Master Support
If none of the above solutions work, Disney+ may have blocked the VPN server you’re connected to. Reach out to VPN Proxy Master support for further assistance.
