1. It's possible you may have multiple accounts, please ensure you are logged into the correct account (correct email address if purchased via the website; correct Google Play account if purchased via Play Store)
2. Sign out and sign in again under stable network environment
3. Restart your device and relaunch the app
For iOS users:
1. Please ensure you are logged into the correct account (correct email address if purchased via the website; correct Apple ID if purchased via the App Store)
2. Sign out and sign in again under stable network environment
3. Tap “Restore Purchase”
4. Restart your device and relaunch the app
For website users:
Make sure you’re logged in with the email address you entered when making the purchase. If you haven’t received a receipt from VPN Proxy Master, contact our support team with the payment statement from your bank.
