How to Retrieve My Receipt?

Website Subscription

VPN Proxy Master will send you a copy of the receipt as below. Kindly search the email "noreply@vpnproxymaster.com" in your inbox or spam folder.

Google Play Subscription

After you subscribe to VPN Proxy Master in Google Play Store, you will get a confirmation email from Google Play. If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can get a receipt online:

  1. Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with your Google Account.
  2. On the left, click Activity.
  3. Select VPN Proxy Master.

To see a list of all of your charges from the Google Store:

  1. Visit pay.google.com/.
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
  4. Click View purchases.

App Store Subscription

Usually, Apple will send email receipts for all digital purchases made in the App Store and iTunes. If you do not receive it, you can request that Apple “resend” the receipt via the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
  4. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.
  5. Find the item, then tap Total Billed.
  6. To send yourself a new email receipt, tap Resend. 

Note: You can’t send a receipt for a free item.
