What’s Happening?
Devices with a passcode or Face ID may block VPN authorization, causing setup to fail. This is an iOS beta issue affecting multiple VPN apps.
How to Fix
1. Turn Off Device Passcode

Open Settings > Face ID & Passcode

Tap Turn Passcode Off

If not visible, tap Reset Face ID then try again

Confirm by tapping Turn Off (Note: Apple Pay cards & car keys will be removed temporarily)
2. Add VPN Configuration

Open Turbo VPN
-
Tap Allow when asked to add VPN configurations
3. Turn Passcode Back On

Go back to Settings > Face ID & Passcode

Tap Turn Passcode On

Set your new passcode
Still Not Working?

Restart your device and try again

Contact VPN Proxy Master Support if issues persist
