Some websites constantly upgrade their security measurement and block the IP addresses of VPN providers. If your device has been successfully connected to VPN Proxy Master, but you are still unable to access certain websites, you may follow the steps below:
1. Connect to different servers
Try choosing a server location that is closer to your home country. If you choose a server location which is geographically further away from you, your internet will be extremely slow and would have multiple glitches. If, after changing the server location, you are still unable to open the website or app, then it is most likely that there is a system overload due to the high demand on the server.
2. Quit all background programs and reopen your target websites/apps after connecting with VPN
Close all the browsers & apps running in the background that may interrupt your VPN connection.
3. Check if your network is working normally without connecting to VPN Proxy Master
You could test your internet speeds without connecting to VPN Proxy Master by clicking this link SpeedTest. If the speed test shows slow or poor connection, a conclusion may come that it’s the internet rather than VPN Proxy Master results in the failure for connecting to your wished server. You could connect under different operator providers (mobile network, home Wi-Fi or office Wi-Fi).
4. Turn off device's location settings
Alternatively, if you are using a mobile device, turn off your device’s location settings before connecting to VPN Proxy Master.
For IOS devices, open Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Tap Turn Off to disable location services for all apps. For Android devices, open Settings > Location. At the top, toggle Use Location off.
